Paul Duffy

Paul was appointed as the Chief Executive of DNZ Property Fund in March 2001. Paul has had 30 years experience in the property industry, both within New Zealand and internationally. He was previously general manager of Fletcher Property Limited and, prior to that, joint managing director with an offshore government property investment agency (Abu Dhabi Investment Authority), responsible for the formation of a large real estate portfolio in the United States and Europe. In addition to being Chairman of the Keystone Property Education Trust since its formation in 1994, Paul is President of the Property Council of New Zealand.

 

Chris Gudgeon

Chris Gudgeon is Chief Executive of Kiwi Income Property Trust. He was previously General Manager Property with Auckland International Airport Limited and prior to that Chief Executive Officer of Capital Properties New Zealand Limited in Wellington. Chris has been involved in property investment, development and construction in New Zealand for over 20 years. He has a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from the University of Canterbury and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

 

 

Gregory Shanahan

Gregory is a solicitor and founding trustee of the Keystone Property Education Trust. As a practising solicitor, Gregory made service to the property industry a specialty, providing legal advice to a large number of New Zealand’s leading property companies.

 

Mike Higgins

Mike was a prime instigator of the Trust, having worked with Graeme Bringans prior to his death. As president of BOMA (New Zealand Property Council) at the time, he conceived the concept and found support in the industry to successfully establish the Trust in its initial form. He has been Chairman of the Trust Selection Committee since its inception. Mike is CEO of Tomorrow's Manukau Properties Ltd.

 

David Kennedy

David is President of AltTV. Prior to this David held senior positions at SKYCITY Entertainment Group including General Manager Public Policy and Corporate Strategy and group-wide General Manager of Operations. David was CEO of St Lukes Group, New Zealand’s largest publicly listed property company and also held a variety of senior operational and strategic roles within Westfield, one of the largest shopping centre companies in the world.

 

Mike Bayley

Michael is Managing Director of Bayleys Real Estate Limited, New Zealand’s largest, private full service property company concluding in excess of $7billion of transactions in 2007. Michael is a graduate of Auckland University and has over 15 years experience in the property industry both within New Zealand and internationally. Michael has been a trustee of the Keystone Trust for since 2002.

 

Mark Crosbie

Mark Crosbie is a director of a boutique property company. Mark was previously a partner at Bell Gully where he specialised in commercial property and construction law and property project financing. He has been involved in many significant property projects in New Zealand. He holds a Master of Commercial Law degree. Mark became a trustee of the Trust in 2002.

 

Corrina Gibbons-Hurinui

Corrina received a Graeme Bringans Property Education Trust Student Study award in 1999 to study Civil Engineering at Canterbury University. She graduated in 2003 with an Honours degree and currently works for MWH in Auckland as a Transportation Engineer. Prior to that, she spent 3 years with Works Infrastructure (now Downer EDI Works). Corrina’s involvement with the Trust has continued after graduation and she has been instrumental in the formation of the Keystone Alumni.
